We are dedicated to manufacturing and supplying a wide range of high-quality pulsation dampener assemblies for drilling mud pumps. Our product line includes both forged steel and casted steel pulsation dampeners, along with ordinary and high-pressure variants. We take great pride in our commitment to providing reliable and efficient solutions to meet the unique needs of our customers. We manufacture & supply kinds of pulsation dampener assembly for drilling mud pumps.
Include forged steel pulsation dampener & casted steel pulsation dampener, ordinary type pulsation dampener & high pressure pulsation dampener.

Installation Position: The air chamber should be installed at one end of the discharge pipe in the hydraulic end.
Function: The air chamber plays a critical role in stabilizing the pressure and pressure compensation.
Working Pressure: The normal working pressure for mud pumps is 5000PSI, and for some high-pressure mud pumps, it is 7500PSI.
1. Before disassembling or assembling the airbag, it must be relieved first.
2. For F500/F800 mud pumps, KB45 air chambers are used, whereas for F1000/1300/1600 mud pumps, KB75 air chambers are used.
3. Air chambers play a crucial role in drilling by reducing fluctuations and stabilizing the pressure. Therefore, to ensure normal operations during drilling production, it’s imperative to maintain the airbag properly.
Maintenance of the airbag:
(1). The airbag inflator pressure should be 30% of the designed pump pressure, with the general pressure being between 4~6MPa, and the best pressure being 4.5MPa.
(2). During normal working hours for the mud pump, the airbag cutoff valve should be closed to protect gauges.
