1.Cylinder liner flange
Cylinder liner flange is installed on the back of the hydraulic cylinder. It is fixed on the hydraulic cylinder through the double-threaded screw and used for fixing on the cylinder linder indirectly. Cylinder liner gland connects with cylinder liner flange and compresses the cylinder liner tightly.
The blank of cylinder liner flange is 45 steel forgings.
Due to the difference of the pump structure, the cylinder liner flange can only used for F1300/1600 mud pump, not for F1000/800/500.
2.Cylinder liner gland
Cylinder liner gland is installed on the back of the hydraulic cylinder, which is used for fixing the cylinder liner. It is fixed on the hydraulic cylinder through the cylinder liner flange, and the cylinder liner gland presses the cylinder liner tightly through the end part.
The blank of cylinder liner gland is ZG35CrMo casting, which is quenched as per the standard of HB215-255.
Due to the difference of the mud pump structure, the cylinder liner can only used for F1300/1600 mud pump, not for F1000/800/500.

3.Cylinder head
Cylinder head is installed in the hydraulic cylinder. The cylinder head presses the positioning plate tightly in the F1300/1600 mud pump.
In the F800/1000 mud pump, cylinder head presses the cylinder device, which is pushing the cylinder liner.
Cylinder head plug from the cylinder head handles and plug body composition, and welded together. Plug body 45 rough steel forgings, the modulation process HB2217-255.
