1.Urethane Piston Assembly
Urethane piston assembly is the major part of the mud pump fluid end. The discharge pressure of mud pump is generated by the up-and-down motion of the piston in the cylinder. Small piston—high pressure and low flow rate; Big piston—low pressure and high flow rate. Metric pump and inch pump adopts metric piston and inch piston respectively. Generally, φ170, φ160, φ150 and 6″, 6-1/2″, 7″, etc., is used.

Working temperature -30 ° C ~ 80 ° C; applicable medium: oil-based mud, PH value 5-11; working pressure ≤ 37Mpa; Use life ≤ 400hours
2.Piston rod for mud pump
The big end of piston rod is connected to the power end of the mud pump through clamp, for power transmission purposes. The small end is installed with piston which is in reciprocating rectilinear movement in the cylinder to generate pressure.
Material for the piston rod: 42CrMo.The blank is forged pieces, with thermal refining Hb285-321.
