1.Rotary Slips
Rotary slips can accommodate drill pipe from 2 3/8-7in(60.3-177.8mm)O.D. They Are classified as type Ultra-Short(SDS-S),short(SDS),Medium(SDML) and Extra Long(SDXL) according to gripping length.SDS-S slips and SDS slips are designed for shallow drilling,SDML slips are the perfect choice for all medium depth drilling,SDXL slips are designed for deep drilling.
2.Casing Slips
Casing Slips Type CMS can accommodate casings from 4.1/2 to 30in (114.3 to 762mm). They are designed and manufactured according to API Spec 7K.
3.DCS Collar Slips
There are three types of DCS Drill Collar Slips: S, R and L. They can accommodate drill collars from 3in(76.2mm) to 14in(355.6mm) O.D.. The handling sizes can be adjusted by changing the quantity of inserts or slip body. They are designed and manufactured according to API Spec 7K.
4.DU Rotary Slips
There are three types of DU Series Rotary Slips: DU, DUL and SDU. They are with large handling range and light weight. Therefore, these slips have larger contact area on the taper and heat-treated for strength and wear resistance. They are designed and manufactured according to API Spec 7K.
5.Type MP Safety Clamps
Safety Clamps Type MP are necessary tools for handling drill collars, flush joint pipes and small shoulder pipes. They could adjust pipes of different sizes by changing the quantity of chain links. They are designed and manufactured according to API Spec 7K.
6.Type WA-C and WA-T Safety Clamps
Safety Clamps Type C&T are tools for handling flush joint pipes and drill collars.
7.Drill Collar Slip Type WT
Drill Collar Slips Type WT can accommodate drill collars from 4 1/2”(114.3mm) to 9 1/2”(241.3mm)OD.
They are designed and manufactured according to API SPEC 7K Specification for drilling and well servicing equipments.
8.UC-3 Casing Slips
Casing Slips Type UC-3 are multi-segment slips with of 3in/ft on the diameter taper slips(except size 8 5/8”).Every segment of one slip is forced equally while working.Thus the casings could keep a better shape.They should work together with spiders and insert bowls with same taper.The slips are designed and manufactured according to API Spec 7K.
9.Type B Rotary Slips(Woolley Style)
There are three model of type B rotary slips(woolley style):B short,B Long and X Long.
The unique torque transmitting design can directly transfer all the torque to the slips,avoiding the abrasion,prolonging the service life.The product is designed and manufactured according to API Spec 7K requirements.
